About Mandi

I remember this journey of mine beginning... I was thirteen years old when my mother passed away of brain cancer. I remember getting a box loaded with pictures. Moments in time of my mother that could never be relived. Memories. All I had left of her. It sparked my interested in photography that has lasted from that day forward. 

It is not a lie when I say that a little camera was always in my hand. Taking photos of everything. Little did I know, capturing those minuscule objects brought me to where I am today. Once you take a photo of a moment, you can never get that it back. I remember seeing true improvements in my photographs after I had my children. Never assuming I would one day be lucky enough to land where I am today. I got a new camera, got super serious about my dreams, and watched them come true. I basically turned my can't into cans and my dreams into plans!

Opening my business was the best thing I ever could have done for myself. Photography brings so much more to me than an income. It brings sanity, true happiness, and adventure. My husband is my best friend, business partner and the love of my life. I am a mom of two precious children, Kullen & Reagan. Photography allows me to keep a flexible schedule with my children so I can be the mom that my mother didnt get the chance to be.

I have immense love for Thunderstorms, reading blogs, pinterest and coffee. I am a firm believer that music, art & laughter are the best medicines.

I still cry at every wedding. I truly am mesmerized by the whole birth process and smile when two new parents talk proudly about their new little one. My heart swells to be able to follow a family throughout the years and watch them grow and develop. I hope to one day meet you and capture your life, love, happiness, and your own adventures, your very own moments in time.
